WHEREAS, Resolution 15-2297 was adopted during the September 21, 2015 Council meeting, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 15-2297 erroneously referred to resolution 14-0577 to be amended and should have stated Resolution 14-0356 and therefore must be amended to reflect the correct referenced resolution number.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Resolution 15-2297 to reflect the correct resolution number 14-0356.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
