Whereas, the Pentecostales de Foley will setup on Saturday, January 17th, 2026 starting at 2pm. The event will start Saturday, January 17th, 2026 at 4pm and end at 8pm, and
Whereas, they will have tents, and
Whereas, they will be selling food items and market goods to raise money for the The Gift of Giving Fundraiser by IPUL.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
Section 1: Approves waiving the fees for the use of Heritage Park requested by Variel Riascos and Pentecostale de Foley Church (IPUL) has requested the use of Heritage Park at no charge on Saturday, January 17th, 2026 for their The Gift of Giving Fundraising Event.
Section 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
