WHEREAS, As a housekeeping measure, there are three personnel related resolutions which need to be corrected.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amend Resolution #14-0039 to correctly state "two" Mechanic positions and not "one" as shown on attached resolution.
SECTION 2: Amend Resolution #14-0093 to correctly state a "Grade 19 and not a "Grade 23" as shown on attached resolution.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
