Rescheduling May 20, 2013 Council Meeting to Accommodate the ICSC Conference and the ALM Conference

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Reschedules the Council meeting and work session meeting originally scheduled on May 20, 2013 to May 15, 2013. Work Session will be begin at 2:30 p.m. and the Council meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
