WHEREAS, the City recently approved an employee health care clinic, and
WHEREAS, the internet speeds at the clinic are too slow and there is a need to install DSL, and
WHEREAS, there is a need to allocate funds, not to exceed $550.00, for the installation and FY14 monthly charges for the DSL.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes an allocation not to exceed $550.00 to account #01-620-2192 for the installation and FY14 monthly fees for the DSL.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
