WHEREAS, the Friends of the Foley Library has donated $5,000.00 to the Foley Public Library and,
WHEREAS, the City of Foley Library has designated the creation and execution of additional programming with the donation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the donation of $5,000.00 from the Friends of the Foley Library and amends the revenue account # 201-5021-4651 accordingly.
SECTION 2: Approves the use of the donation in the Library Fund (201) to create and execute additional programming and amends Public Relations account 201-5021-6052 by $5,000.00.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
