WHEREAS, Planning Commission recommends re-zoning be R-3 (Residential Multi-Family).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Sets a public hearing for the rezoning of B.J. Blanchard (Ace Mini Warehouse) to consider Planning Commission's recommendation of R-3 rezoning.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
