The Fort Bowyer, NSDAR, would like permission to place a Never Forget Memorial on the Rose Trail during the holiday season. The memorial consists of a wreath and stand similar to the photographs attached to this Resolution. NSDAR will supply the wreath and stand and they will be responsible for the installation and removal and storage.

WHEREAS, the Fort Bowyer, NSDAR, would like permission to place a Never Forget Memorial on the Perry Wilbourne Antique Rose Trail during holiday during the year, and
WHEREAS, the memorial consists of a wreath and stand similar to the photographs attached to this Resolution, and
WHEREAS, NSDAR will supply the wreath and stand and they will be responsible for the installation and removal and storage.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves NSDAR to place a "Never Forget" Memorial along the Perry Wilbourne Rose AntiqueTrail.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
