Summary
Foley High School wishes to once again parade through the streets of Foley for their annual Homecoming festivities on Thursday, September 20th. The parade route will follow the same route used last year finishing at the Heritage Park Pavilion. Following the parade, FHS wants to hold their Homecoming Community Pep Rally in the Heritage Park pavilion. They are requesting the use of the pavilion from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. They will have a sound system set up and an area marked off for the cheerleads and band.

WHEREAS, the Foley High School has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge for September 20th from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm for their Homecoming Community Pep Rally.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by the Foley High School for their Homecoming Community Pep Rally on Thursday, September 20, 2018 from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
