WHEREAS, Tommy Boyington is requesting financial support for The American Heroes Memorial Day Cookout that will be held on May 26, 2014 at the W.F. Green State Veterans Home in Bay Minette. The cookout starts at 11:00 am, and
WHEREAS, the anticipated cost for the cookout is $2,500.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $200.00 from Account No. 620-8110 Public Relations and approves the expenditure of the same made payable to W.F. Green State Veterans Home.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
