A Resolution Appointing the Finance Director/City Treasurer

WHEREAS, under the Code of Alabama, Section 11-43-3 it is required that the City Council of a municipality shall appoint a Finance Director/Treasurer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, that Miranda Bell be appointed Finance Director/Treasurer for the terms of office 2025-2029.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any check written in an amount of $5,000.00 or more requires two (2) signatures, and the following named Council members and Finance Director/City Treasurer are hereby designated and authorized to act on behalf of the City of Foley:
J. Wayne Trawick, Council Member
Timothy "Tim" Lower, Council Member
Roderick Burkle, Council Member
Larry Engel, Council Member
Charles J. Ebert, III, Council Member
Miranda Bell, Finance Director/City Treasurer
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that each of the persons above named will be bonded in accordance with law and that each, individually, shall be authorized to sign checks and documents on behalf of the City of Foley.
