WHEREAS, during the Council meeting on April 15, 2013, Council approved a residential sanitation write off in the incorrect amount of $35.80, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 13-0262 needs to be amended to reflect the correct residential sanitation write off amount of $35.81.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Resolution 13-0262 to reflect the correct amount of $35.81 (THIRTY FIVE AND 81/100 DOLLARS).
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
