WHEREAS, Council re-appointed R. Francine Hall to serve on the YMCA Parks and Recreation Board during its regular session on February 17, 2014 under enabling Resolution 14-0072, and
WHEREAS, after further consideration, Mrs. Hall has decided not to serve on this board, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 14-0072 must be rescinded.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Rescinds Resolution 14-0072 re-appointing R. Francine Hall to the YMCA Parks and Recreation Board.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
