CDM Smith has submitted a proposal for environmental due diligence for the City Events Center Facilities. They are currently working on a grant application for this project and met with the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and ADEM on October 5, 2012 and learned that the following information will be needed for them and for the EDA application to be approved as expeditiously as possible:

Traffic Impact - Subcontractor Southern Traffic Services $8,000 - with CDM's 15% mark up $9,200;
Archeological and Cultural History Environmental Due Diligence - Subcontractor TerraXplorations $9,800 -with CDM's 15% mark up $11,270
Wetland Delineation and permitting assistance - Subcontractor TTL $32,900 - with CDM's 15% mark up $37,835
CDM Smith $7,000

The total cost is $65,305 with the City's half being $32,652.50 and Blue Collar Destination's half being $32,652.50. If the City receives the grant then the City will reimburse Blue Collar Destination their half of the cost.
