Consider request for land swap for right of way for land locked properties

 

Summary

Mr. Danny Putman wishes to purchase three parcels of land located on the west end of Wilson Road; however, they are land locked. The utilities are on the eastern end of Wilson road.  Wilson Road only goes west to the last home that was built.  The northern parcel is owned by the City of Foley.  Mr. Putman's closing date is May 27, 2016.
