     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider the initial zoning of 121.91+/- acres as PUD (Planned Unit Development) located south of US HWY 98 and west of Venice Blvd.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
