Call to Order / Roll Call
Councilman Wayne Trawick called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. Council members present: Ralph Hellmich, Charlie Ebert, Rick Blackwell and Vera Quaites. Also present: Mayor John Koniar. Others present: City Administrator Mike Thompson, City Clerk Vickey Southern, Sandra Pate, Joey Darby, Randy Bishop, LaDonna Hinesley, Randy Kurtts, Steven Smith, Miriam Boutwell, Leslie Lassiter, Jeff Rouzie, David Vosloh, Sue Steigerwald, John Graham, Suzanne Kellams, Todd Smith, Clay Amos, and press representatives Guy Busby and Cathy Higgins.

13-0263 Discussion took place to update Council regarding legal review of the ESCO agreement.

13-0238 Mr. Clay Amos expressed interest in his car club raising funds for a statue of former Chief Cobb for placement on the corner of Highway 98 and 59. Mr. Amos noted that it would likely cost around $30,000. Council would only need to approve the location and the statue. Chuck Sutherland with the Police Department worked on the existing plaque and bench, so Deputy Chief Randy Bishop will have Chuck Sutherland with the Foley PD follow up Mr. Amos on the project. This item was removed from the Council agenda.
