WHEREAS, the Engineering Department requests memorializing the cost for advertising the solicitation of bids for the Alleyways Drainage Improvements project for up to $425.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Memorializes the cost for advertising for bids for up to $425.00 for the referenced project, amending Account Nos. 12-665-7127 A18 ALLY and 12-665-7128 A19 ALLEY1 accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
