Resolution to Appropriate Funds for the Professional Services from Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood, LLC for the Taylor Property
Summary
Leisure Services would like to appropriate funds for the Professional Land Surveying by GMC for the Taylor Property. The services include: Boundary Topographic Survey 40 Acre Site ($8,600) to perform a field survey locating the perimeter boundary and prepare a survey and drawing of the project site. Right-of-way Survey ($9,500), location of visible site improvements, Two-Site control Points set and shown on the Plat, one-foot contours and spot elevations, roadway access for ingress/egress, Storm water drainage structures and invert elevations, utilities serving the project site and sanitary sewer manhole locations and invert elevations. Tree Survey ($4,800), locations of any tree being 24 inches or larger in diameter, Live Oaks, Dogwoods and Magnolia Trees with a diameter of 6 inches or larger will be located.
