NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the City Engineer to solicit a professional services agreement with a consultant for engineering services related to the annual paving and striping projects that are chosen by the City Council of the City of Foley.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
