WHEREAS, the current contract for vegetative and pest management services for the Street Department and the Foley Municipal Airport will expire in March of 2014.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves going to bid for vegetative and pest management services for the Street Department and the Foley Municipal Airport.
SECTION 2: Approves advertising costs in an amount up to $350 from account 01-620-3120.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
