WHEREAS, G.U.M.B.O. is requesting to waive the fees for the use of the Civic Center on January 27, 2020 for a congressional candidate debate from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of the Foley Civic Center on January 27, 2020.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
