NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Sets a public hearing to consider Planning Commission's recommendation to adopt an Ordinance Approving the rezoning of 8.8+/- acres owned by Parkview RV Community LLC/Jim Brown from PUD (Planned Unit Development) to PUD (Planned Unit Development). Property is located south of County Road 20, east of James Road.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
