WHEREAS, bids were solicited and received by the City of Foley at 2:00 p.m. on May 7, 2015 for irrigation of the Foley Dog Park, and,
WHEREAS, Kent's Landscaping LLC submitted the lowest responsible bid in the amount of $9,700.00.
WHEREAS, this bid was not initially accepted due to the possibility of budget overruns.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
