                     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 

                     SECTION 1: Sets a public hearing to consider the rezoning of property owned by Delaney Investments, Inc./Springdale Stores Inc.  from B-1A (Extended Business District) to PUD (Planned Unit Development).

                     Property is located south of Pastoral Lane and east of the Foley Beach Express.

 

                     Section 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
