Approval requested by the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce to hold a one day event and serve alcohol at the Coastal Alabama Farmers and Fishermans Market to be held in conjunction with the Alabama Festival of Flavor on Saturday, October 5, 2013 from 7:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce's request to hold a one day event at the Coastal Alabama Farmers and Fishermans Market to be held in conjunction with the Alabama Festival of Flavor on Saturday, October 5, 2013 from 7:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M.
SECTION 2: Approves the serving of alcoholic beverages in a non-corralled designated area based upon ABC Board approval.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
