WHEREAS, the City of Foley is building two new soccer fields at the Foley Sports Complex.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $134,148 for the purposes of clearing, constructing and securing two new soccer fields and amends the Capital Project Account 12-665-7319 Q94 CONST accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
