NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the use of Mel Roberts Park Pavilion and parking lot for campaign kickoff and community barbecue to be held Tuesday, April 26, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
