Foley Police Officer Richard Humphrey is requesting approval and to have fees waived for the Gulf Coast Gospel Jubilee, a Gospel music fundraiser festival to be held Saturday, October 1, 2016 from at Heritage Park. This event is sponsored by the Foley Police Department and local community churches to benefit the Lighthouse and CARE House of Baldwin County. This event will have music, food, arts and crafts vendors and entertainment for the children. Participating musicians, singers and vendors will be from the local area. The set up will be from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
