BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FOLEY PUBLIC FACILITIES COOPERATIVE DISTRICT, as follows:
Section 1. Definitions.
For purposes of this Resolution, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
City shall mean the City of Foley, Alabama.
District shall mean The City of Foley Public Facilities Cooperative District, and its successors and assigns.
Enabling Act shall mean Chapter 99B of Title 11 of the Code of Alabama 1975.
Foley Square shall mean the commercial facilities and properties of real and personal property located in the City, which consist of approximately 110,000 square feet of commer...
