WHEREAS, the Women's Care Medical Center has requested the use of John B Foley Park at no charge on April 27, 2013 for walk-a-thon event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, waives the fees for the use of John B Foley Park requested by the Women's Care Medical Center for their fundraiser on April 27, 2013.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
