WHEREAS, the Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival will be held on June 14, 15, and 16, 2013 and,
WHEREAS, the Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival Operations Manual is the official process for incidents as outlined within the manual. Incidents that are not named within the Operations Manual will be identified and handled on a case by case basis.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:      Approves the annual Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival to be held at the Foley Sports Complex June 14 through 16, 2013.
SECTION 2:      Approves the serving of alcoholic beverages in a non-corralled designated area based upon ABC Board approval.
SECTION 1:      Approves the 2013 Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival Operations Manual, which becomes a part of this resolution upon its adoption.
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
