                     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

                     SECTION 1:      Sets a public hearing to consider  the passage of an ordinance approving petition for annexation and bringing property into the corporate limits of the City of Foley (18228 U.S. Hwy 98 West).

                     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
