WHEREAS, Krystal Korhonen with Foley High School is requesting the use of the Heritage Park and Pavilion Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm for a Homecoming Community Pep Rally.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by Krystal Korhonen with Foley High School is requesting the use of the Heritage Park and Pavilion Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm for a Homecoming Community Pep Rally.
