WHEREAS, There is a need to transfer budgeted funds between accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Transfers $3,615 from small tools 01-629-5010 to dues and subscriptions 01-629-8080.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
