NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

SECTION 1:      Approves the use of the Foley Soccer Fields parking area by the Foley Police Department and Calvary Church  to distribute food on December 13, 2014 from 7:00 am until 12:00 pm.

SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
