WHEREAS, the Engineering Department received a request for street lighting along South Cedar Street between West Azalea and West Michigan Avenues, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined to install lamp arms with lamp heads on ten (10) existing Riviera Utilities poles, and
WHEREAS, the installation cost is $50 per light and $7.50 per light per month for lighting.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
