WHEREAS, They are also requesting to reserve May 14, 2022 just in case the event is rained out. All funds raised will go to local charities.

WHEREAS, they are requesting that all fees be waived.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by John Jackson and the Foley Kiwanis Club on April 30, 2022 (or May 14, 2022 if rained out).
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
