NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

SECTION 1:                     Approves the use of Max Griffin Park on Saturday October 15, 2016 from 12:00 P.M. until 1:30 P.M. for a public peace rally requested by Becky Hoover.

SECTION 2:                     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
