Executive Director of Sports Don Staley is requesting to enter into a contract with Team Up Advisory Consultant, Christy Raley, for the Sports Tourism Complex for FY 2017. The attached contract will be in effect for 6 months, beginning January 3, 2017, at the rate of $1000.00 per month including travel expenses for each conference or $75.00 per hour at a minimum of 10 hours per month, but not to exceed $1000.00 per month including travel expenses for each conference attended.

WHEREAS, Executive Director of Sports Don Staley is requesting to enter into a contract with Team Up Advisory Consultant, Christy Raley, for the Sports Tourism Complex for FY 2017, and
WHEREAS, The attached contract will be in effect for 6 months, beginning January 3, 2017 at the rate of $1000.00 per month, and
WHEREAS, The total for the contract will be $6,000.00 including travel expenses for attending conferences and
WHEREAS, this is budgeted for FY 2017 in Professional Services Account No. 01-628-3020.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
