The vacation of the portion of right-of-ways at 547, 550 and 551 Park Avenue is to vacate that portion of right-of-ways where a brick mailbox is located. Mr. & Mrs. Pezikian, Mr. & Mrs. Walosz and Mr. & Mrs. Kelly have submitted the Declarations of Vacation and it is ready to be advertised for four consecutive weeks prior to the public hearing.

WHEREAS, Norayr R. and Rhonda Pezikian, Dennis J. Walosz and June M. Walosz and James M. Kelly Jr. and Jayne A. Kelly built brick mailboxes at their homes located at 547, 550 and 551 Park Avenue in the Ashford Park subdivision, which is in violation of the City's Resolution 1312-98, which enforces removal of masonry mailboxes on the Public right of ways in the City of Foley, and
WHEREAS,  Norayr R. and Rhonda Pezikian, Dennis J. Walosz and June M. Walosz and James M. Kelly Jr. and Jayne A. Kelly have submitted a "Declaration of Vacation of that portion of Right-of-Ways at Park Avenue, Foley, Alabama.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:      Sets a public hearing to consider a resolution approving vacation of that portion of right of ways at Park Avenue, Foley, Alabama 36535.
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
