WHEREAS, bids were received by the City of Foley on June 6, 2013 for the displacement of runway 36 threshold, and,
WHEREAS, The FAA has contacted Volkert Engineering with a design change in the project, and,
WHEREAS, the new scope of work is changed dramatically.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:      Rejects all bids.
SECTION 2:      Approves rebidding with new specifications.
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
