WHEREAS, Leisure Services received a proposal for Professional Services from Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood, LLC. for the amount of $7,500 for Task 1 Topographic & Tree Survey and $17,500 for Task 2 Master Planning, Schematic/Sketch plan with supporting imagery to convey design intent.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood, LLC for Professional Services Agreement and appropriates $25,000 under Impact Fees for Account No. 208-5030-5103 Mills Park Improvements.
