WHEREAS, the Caboose Club has permission to purchase and modify a shipping container to house a new trackless train, and costs have exceeded the approved amount
WHEREAS, the Caboose Club has accumulated donations held in the Depot Museum checking account to pay for the additional $1,500.00 needed to complete the project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves an additional $1,500.00 to complete the project and amends expense account 100-5061-5100.
SECTION 2: Authorizes the Depot Museum Manager to make payment for this expenditure(s) from the Depot Museum checking account 100-1060.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
