WHEREAS, Executive Director of Sports Don Staley is requesting to purchase two pieces of equipment to create the needed budgeted ATV/Medical Cart, and
WHEREAS, Executive Director of Sports Don Staley is requesting to use budgeted funds in the capital purchases Account No. 01-628-7010 to purchase the equipment, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a 2016 Polaris Ranger 570 Full Size, from Baldwin Co. Victory Polaris, LLC for $10,298.00 and an EMS Skid from NAFECO for $2,800.00 for a total of $13,098.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
