NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Reschedules the Council meeting and work session meeting originally scheduled on Monday, January 20, 2014 to Tuesday, January 21, 2014 to accommodate Martin Luther King Holiday. Work Session will be begin at 4:00 p.m. and the Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m.
SECTION 2: Reschedules the Council meeting and work session meeting originally scheduled on Monday, May 5, 2014 to Tuesday, May 6, 2014 to accommodate for the ALM Conference in Mobile, Alabama. Work Session will begin at 4:00 p.m. and the Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m.
SECTION 3: Reschedules the Council meeting and work session meeting originally scheduled on Monday, May 19, 2014 to Friday, May 16, 2014 to accommodate for the ICSC Conference. Work Session will begin at 4:00 p.m. and the Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m.
SECTION 4: Reschedules the Council meeting and work session meeting originally scheduled on Monday, September 1, 2014 to Tuesday, September 2, 2014 to accommodate for Labor Day Holiday. Work Session will begin at 4:00 p.m. and the Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m.
SECTION 5: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
