Summit Church would like to host a Fall Festival and Craft Show at the Coastal Alabama Farmers and Fishermen's Market on Sunday, October 25, 2026 from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. and would like for us to discount the Rental Fee by half to $250.00.

WHEREAS, Summit Church is hosting a Fall Festival and Craft Show at the Coastal Alabama Farmers and Fishermen's Market on Sunday, October 25, 2026 from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. and,
WHEREAS, Summit Church requests that the City disount the rental fee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves discounting the rental fee to $250.00 for Summit Church to host a Fall Festival and Craft Show on Sunday, October 25, 2026 from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Coastal Alabama Farmers and Fishermen's Market.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
