WHEREAS, Council approved Resolution 15-2119 Request an adjustment to the cost of a John Deere mower during the Council meeting of April 6, 2015, and
WHEREAS, The wrong cost of $37,352.37 for the John Deere mower was listed in the resolution instead of $31,547.51 as listed in the backup, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 15-2119 must be amended to reflect the correct price of $31,547.51.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Resolution 15-2119 to reflect the correct cost of $31, 547.51 for the John Deere mower.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
