Summary

Morning Star Baptist Church is requesting the use of Beulah Heights Park and the stage at no cost on May 18, 2019 for their annual May Day from 10:00 am until 9:00 pm.  They are expecting up to 150 people. Events will include baseball games, food and drinks, music and inflatables.

WHEREAS, Morning Star Baptist Church has requested the use of Beulah Heights Park and the stage at no cost on May 18, 2019 from 10:00 am until 9:00 pm for their annual May Day.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 SECTION 1:                     Approves the use of Beulah Heights Park requested by Morning Star Baptist Church on May 18, 2019 from 10:00 am until 9:00 pm.

 SECTION 2:   Approves the waival of fees for the stage on May 18, 2019 from 10:00 am until 9:00 pm.
