WHEREAS, Riverside Subdivision HOA has requested the speed limit throughout the subdivision be lowered from 25 MPH to 20 MPH.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approve the request to lower the speed limit from 25 MPH throughout Riverside Subdivision to 20 MPH, contingent upon receipt of a resolution from the HOA.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
